    • The European Young Researchers’ Award (EYRA) is granted to researchers demonstrating outstanding research performance. At the same time, the award aims to inspire early stage researchers and experienced researchers to incorporate a European dimension and perspective into their research.

    • Euroscience invites you to present your views

    • The European Commission has initiated a consultation on its Green Paper of 7 February 2011 about a Common Strategic Framework for Research and Innovation. Euroscience thinks it is important to establish a position and thereby try and influence the direction EU policies will take. The consultation period ends on 20 May 2011. Euroscience therefore invites you (individual as well as corporate member) to present your views on any or all of the issues at stake before April 1. Please follow the link below to see the 10 questions. (The Commission’s document has too many questions – 27 – and many are confusing).

      A draft position will be posted at the Euroscience website by 21 April, open for comments until 8 May. The Euroscience Executive Committee will then finalise Euroscience’s position.
