During a press conference held in the Scientific Information Centre and Academic Library (CINiBA) on 22 December 2021 Katowice was awarded the title of European City of Science 2024 by Euroscience and the agreement of the consortium of organisers of ECS 2024 was signed.
Institutions, members of the consortium, will cooperate during the preparation and the actual events related to Katowice receiving the title of European City of Science 2024.
