Long-term objectives

The top down approaches of science popularisation or the more efficient debate phase between experts and citizens -whatever are their merit- is behind us in the sense that all over Europe lot of institutions are taking care of that already. The Society in Science working group must look forward to be instrumental in looking for new types of mediation at the European scale to increase the Euroscience visibility and specificity.

For the often debated “ between ESOF events” “Society in Science” preoccupations are not an exclusive but evidently a major source of inspiration because in the field of knowledge they requires the bridging between various types of social and scientific actors.
