Promoting science among youth has been an important aspect of EuroScience’s vision for ESOF since the very first conference in 2004. Now, 12 years later, ESOF has been established as Europe’s largest general conference on research and innovation. It attracts 4500+ delegates, including 1,000 young researchers.


Thanks to the generous support of the Robert Bosch foundation, EuroScience will send 45 African researchers to the EuroScience Open Forum in Manchester.


The Eotvos Lorand University from Budapest, Hungary will bring the first Hungarian university delegation to ESOF, so that its students will benefit from the diverse range of sessions and opportunities ESOF offers.


Manchester, the host city for the EuroScience Open Forum (ESOF) 2016, is delighted to announce that it is offering a travel grant scheme for journalists wishing to attend and report on the conference this summer.
